A little something

A sweet friend of mine is moving, so I wanted to make a little something for her. And since she is a quilter, this was the perfect something.

This little pin cushion was simple and fun to make. You can find the pattern here.
Plus, it made me feel springy to make it. We are having sunny skies and [slightly] warmer temperatures. I am starting to feel symptoms of spring fever . . .

I’m so ready to look out the window in my sewing room and see buds. Love the pincushion. How did you secure it? I need to find the right glue to do this since I’m teaching a class and the technique is somewhat like this. I have several glues but I’m always wondering what is best.

Who wouldn’t love that? Pincushions are so cute. I love the Recess line of fabrics, I am just now finishing a quilt out of it for my mom. I am so glad that you found the swap and want it, it will be fun.

Amy- that is so cute! We have to get together and do fun little crafts like this while the kids destroy the house! So much fun!
