I'm pretty sure I must have this pattern.
Ack! I love it!

Thank you so much for your comments - they make my day! I try to respond to as many as my 'mommy' time allows, but life sometimes gets in the way. Please know how much I appreciate each of them.
I apologize for the current comment settings that require a registered user account. They are the only way that I don't get tons of gross spam. I'm hoping Blogger will make a way where people who are not registered users, but would like to leave a comment can do so. Please, Blogger! In the mean time, thanks for your patience.
I also love to respond to questions. If you are a no-reply blogger, please leave an email address so I can get back to you. Or you can email me directly: amy @ diaryofaquilter.com. Thanks!

This is awesome! Are you a BBC-ophile too! We really should hang out.
ReplyDeleteI saw this on someone else's blog done in patriotic colors and I think I like it even more in the brights. Great quilt.
ReplyDeleteReally cute pattern!
ReplyDeletewow - that's gorgeous, isn't it? I wonder if it's paper pieced or just regular ieced.
ReplyDeleteOh Amy, you have cursed me. Now I have to make another quilt.
ReplyDeleteWoah! That is super cool! I don't think I am quite talented enough to do that just yet, though... so how about you make it and I'll drool. :)
ReplyDeleteI immediately went to her website and ordered this pattern. Awesome. Love the fabrics she picked. Hmmm...I may have to order some more fabric now.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like one fun pattern! I love the colors of the sample, too.
ReplyDeleteI got to meet Michelle (the designer) at a retreat just last weekend! She is so nice and so funny in person. She brought a finished version of this quilt to show (so fantastic!), and was working on yet another one. (By the way, for Katy above - I'm pretty sure it's not paper pieced.) It's above my skill level right now, but I'd love to make one myself someday!
ReplyDeleteI made a twin-sized Union Jack as a quilt one year as a gift - stupidly did NOT take a photo - but what got me is the 27 degree angle of the St George cross. Took me forever to figure out - having a pattern would be very handy!! Good luck with the quilt!
ReplyDelete[squeal!] . . . [squeal!] . . . LOVE it! If only I didn't have so many unfinished projects right now . . .
ReplyDeleteIt a nice one certainly british lol
ReplyDeleteHugs Janice

ReplyDeleteI adore it. I love it. I want to make it. But when????
ReplyDeleteLOVE this!! I just got the pattern to do a red, white & blue one for my hubby (he spent 2 years in Ireland/Northern Ireland) :D - btw, for those wondering, it's made with STRIPS! brilliant!
