Happy National Quilt Day!
(No, I did not make up this holiday.)
I am off to pay this holiday the respect it is due.
Thank you so much for your comments - they make my day! I try to respond to as many as my 'mommy' time allows, but life sometimes gets in the way. Please know how much I appreciate each of them.
I apologize for the current comment settings that require a registered user account. They are the only way that I don't get tons of gross spam. I'm hoping Blogger will make a way where people who are not registered users, but would like to leave a comment can do so. Please, Blogger! In the mean time, thanks for your patience.
I also love to respond to questions. If you are a no-reply blogger, please leave an email address so I can get back to you. Or you can email me directly: amy @ diaryofaquilter.com. Thanks!

I know you didn't make this up...it's pre-marked on my quilty calendar just like "thanksgiving" or 'veteran's day'!
ReplyDeleteGreat quilts!! :) Christine
ReplyDeleteYes, aren't you glad there is a holiday devoted just to us quilters? Gives us a ton of excuses to hold up near our sewing machines and pay no attention to everyone else! You go girl! Oh and by the way, I love the quilt mosaic. All beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGreat collage..and have fun paying the holiday the respect it's due!
ReplyDeleteHurray for wonderful quilts! Happy Quilt Day - may you have time to sew :)
ReplyDeleteHave fun creating!
ReplyDeletePretty Pretty. Off to do some holiday shopping myself :o)
ReplyDeleteI think the best way to pay proper homage to this wonderful day is to do a little shopping. And then a little sewing.
ReplyDeleteSo I'm off to celebrate...
What an inspiring selection! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI love your collection of photos!
ReplyDeleteUp here at Rae Ann's cabin there is intermitten Internet, so I am now just getting caught up on blogs. You've been a busy lady. Love the Ireland quilt and story. And I'm happy to see you have given National Quilt Day it's honor.
ReplyDeleteMy husband asked if I'd made the holiday up too LOL! And thanks for including one of my quilts in the mosaic!! :)
