Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day!

Don’t you love Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day? So much fun and good stuff to see and try to win all over blogland. Well I have a little something to give away myself:

The nice folks at Robert Kaufman let me take home a brand-new roll-up of Robert Kaufman’s O Tinsel Tree line for helping at Sample Spree last week. It contains 42 2.5″ strips of this very cheerful, retro-inspired Christmas collection. And I’m going to randomly give it away to some lucky soul.

Just leave a comment (only one per person) if you can provide this little roll-up with a loving home. Be sure to provide a way I can contact you if you win. I can’t tell you how often I’ve had someone win and had no way to contact them, so I always re-draw. (You may want to see if you’re a No-Reply Blogger.)

Giveaway closes Wednesday, May 25 at midnight MST. I’ll post the winner Thursday. Have fun and may the force be with you.

  13. says

Lovely! The colours are really pretty! It seems to be a bit early think of Christmas, but once the days are shorter again, dreaming of Christmas will be top on the list around here. :-)

I'm loving that there are more and more Christmassy fabrics being designed that fit in with a more modern/retro vibe. Whilst I love a lot of classic/traditional fabrics they can be a bit much all in a quilt together.

  16. says

Ohhh we would love to give that little roll a home! We love Christmas and Friday is my birthday so this would be a perfect win for me! Thanks for the chance :)

  17. says

  28. says

Very pretty fabric, and I'd love to provide it a good home… it would only be with me temporarily, though, for as a quilt it would go to a charity raffle.. so, your kindness would be extended well beyond the initial offering!

  29. says

Ooohhh…this looks lovely. And I've got just the project in mind. I have a wall hanging of a Christmas tree made with yo-yos and this would be just what I need. Thanks for the opportunity to participate in your giveaway.

I am trying to make a blogspot myself and decided to check out other quilters. I love your site. This is what I want my site to look like. Now I have an idea. I would make my daughter-in-law to be, Qianna, a Christmas quilt with the "O Tinsel Tree" jelly roll. I haven't been able to make her a quilt yet and she's hinted around that she would love a quilt. I wanted to make her

I would use this jelly roll to make a quilt for my neighbor. She has cancer, her husband lost his job, her daughter has cerebral palsy, AND they just got a foreclosure notice on their home. I know a quilt wouldn't make all that go away, but Christmas is her favorite time of year and I know it would bring a little joy to her family.
