So while I'm here, I will leave you with some fine fall foliage pictures of a drive up the canyon near our house a couple of weeks ago, to one of my favorite spotsCascade Springs.
Too bad I don't have some nice Muzak playing to enhance this experience for you.
I'll be back soon with stories (and maybe pictures if I would just remember to get out my camera) to share from this weekend. Plus a winner from the giveaway. Have a great one!

Beautiful shots! Have fun. :-)
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a great time. Thanks for sharing the pictures. I enjoyed them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! I love that bridge and the light is amazing :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't carried an ironing board - but me and two friends have hauled our overnight bags, 3 sewing machines, a huge cutting mat and rulers up to our room for a personal sewing retreat! Thank goodness for those rolling carts!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! I love cascade springs! Now I am a tiny bit homesick for Utah and fall weather.
ReplyDeleteHave fun at SS!
That's funny. I got called away just as I started reading. My son saw the first picture (with the side mirror) and said, "Hey, that looks like where we went last week." I had thought the same thing, but what are the odds? I finally sat down to read further, and yep, it IS the same place we went. We collected many fall leaves in our canvas tote to take home. It was my first time there. From your pictures it looks like there might be more than what we saw. Another time.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous time at The Sewing Summit!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those scenes are breath taking. Have a great time and nice job on the Moda Bake Shop tutorial.

ReplyDeletehaha! I had the same experience as you carrying my ironing board in. I think the ladies I was standing near had fur coats on (or at least I like to remember it that way).
ReplyDeleteWe haven't been there for years, but is so pretty in the Fall. Perhaps next year you can have a playlist ready;)
ReplyDeleteHey, even the sun spot in your photo is a hexagon!!!!!!
