It has been so much fun to scan the pictures of Quilt Market in Houston last weekend. I love seeing all the new patterns, collections, and inspiration that come out of Market. One new collection I’m enjoying right now is Delighted by Amanda Herring. (Here’s a picture of the Delighted corner of the Riley Blake booth from the Riley Blake blog.)
My favorite part of this collection are these CUTE pennants! There is a collection of 18 printed pennants on this panel, ready to cut and put together in a festive bunting. And they are nice big pennants too. I got this lovely panel thanks to Amanda herself. I can’t wait to make this. Thanks again, Amanda!

Amanda has a great video on the Riley Blake website showing lots of cute ways to enhance and embellish, not just this bunting, but ideas you could use for lots of projects.

This is one collection from Market that you don’t have to wait for – it’s in quilt shops now. If you’re looking for your own pennants panel online, Fabricworm has the panels in stock as well as the rest of the Delighted collection.

And to make this post even more delightful, Amanda sent along a pack of 10″ squares and 5″ squares for me to give away to you nice readers. Just leave a comment and I’ll pick two lucky recipients. Giveaway open until Tuesday, Nov 8 at midnight, MST. Giveaway CLOSED.

Winners: Kelly and Georgi!

I love love love Riley Blake! I had the awesome opportunity to go to the quilt show in Houston for my birthday. The fates really tried to work against me but out of the 3 kids that needed a babysitter we only ended up having to bring one with us. Winning this would be the icing on the cake of the best birthday ever :)

Ramsey . Weaver @

I just realized I had bookmarked the wrong page and was wondering why there was nothing new, lol. Now I have the right page and can go back and see what I have been missing.

Debbie

Oooh, a panel I actually see some inspiration in!

I only wonder what's the width of the white space between the pennants, though? I am so tempted to buy some panels to use them as unique border and applique pieces rather than just stringing them up on the wall.
