In the mean time I’ve got a few quilts finished and ready to bind this weekend while I watch LDS General Conference (one of my favorite times of the year.) I will show them off in the next week or so. One is a gift so I have to wait until it’s gifted so I don’t ruin the surprise here. The other is going to Market in Houston! (Unlike me this time.) But I’m okay, I have some travels of my own up my sleeve this month, including the Sewing Summit next week. I’m getting very excited but already having those dreams where I show up on the wrong day and missed the whole thing, or all 250 people are hiding from me – stuff like that.
Lots of other busy-ness going on – my plate feels full. And yet in the midst of all of it I’ve succumbed to my annual Pride & Prejudice obsession. Dang Mr. Darcy = so distracting.
And finally, just because I know you’re all dying to know about the highly professional behind-the-scenes goings-on around here, I discovered this little gem on my cell phone that was, unbeknownst to me, capturing some of those thrilling live-action moments of blogging. This video is called “My Mom is doing a Blog Post.” And no, I’m sorry, it does not include Colin Firth.
