One of their latest arrivals is Simply Color by V and Co. for Moda. They have precuts, prints, and the ombre's from this collection. Remember the ombre baby quilts? Now you can order yardage to make one. Vanessa has the instructions on her blog.

One thing I love at Southern Fabrics is the customer service. I've ordered from them through Etsy and I had my fabric very quickly! When I order fabric, I want it *right then* so I can start my project, so fast shipping is great!

ReplyDeleteI like the soul blossoms- joy charm pack. One of the patterns reminds me of an old wallpaper my parents had in one of their bedrooms (where we lived up until I was four years old). I would get lost staring at that wallpaper of swirling flowers. The wallpaper colors were more muted but I like the vibrant colors of the fabric.

I love the modern colors. Too often I find store with an overwhelming number of country, old flair without an antique feel, or Batiks and it really is just not for me. I love the modern clean looks of so many fabrics they carry. The Simple color collection is a fantastic example of this.
