Meet Marmalade Fabrics

Modern fabric for quilters & artists
Are you familiar with Marmalade Fabrics? If not, than let me introduce you. This is a beautiful, and well-organized online fabric shop full of a gorgeous selection of modern and contemporary fabrics.
One of the specialties of Marmalade Fabrics are their fabric bundles, specifically their monthly Around the Color Wheel bundles.  Each month there is a different color and two bundles per color, one solid and one prints.
For example, July's color is Pink/Berry. This month there is a bundle of 6 different shades of Kona Solids
as well as a bundle of 6 different prints. The bundles are available in fat quarters or half yards. You can either buy a 'subscription' to the monthly bundles where the bundle(s) will automatically ship to you each month or you can just buy the bundle from month to month, as long as they are available. You can even buy bundles from past months as long as they are available. (For example, reds, oranges and some yellows are still available.) With those prices, this is a great way to build a stash.
Marmalade Fabrics specialize in bright, modern fabrics. Click here to see the available Collections (including some recent favorites on sale such as Lucky Penny, Simply Color, and Comma.) They have 180 different shades of Kona solids, a collection of Essex Linen, and one of the coolest recent additions: bundles of Oakshott Cottons. These have previously been hard to find in the US. They are so gorgeous! I used Oakshotts in my Modern Maples blocks last fall.

If you haven't visited Marmalade Fabrics before, I highly recommend a visit. You can also keep up on the latest happenings, sales, etc. at Marmalade Fabrics through owner Tammy's blog, Facebook, and Twitter.

  1. I haven't been around much, but I am loving the catch up. The photos of their bundles make me just drool a little!! Will definitely stash this away for when I'm ready for more fabric.

Thank you so much for your comments - they make my day! I try to respond to as many as my 'mommy' time allows, but life sometimes gets in the way. Please know how much I appreciate each of them.

I apologize for the current comment settings that require a registered user account. They are the only way that I don't get tons of gross spam. I'm hoping Blogger will make a way where people who are not registered users, but would like to leave a comment can do so. Please, Blogger! In the mean time, thanks for your patience.

I also love to respond to questions. If you are a no-reply blogger, please leave an email address so I can get back to you. Or you can email me directly: amy @ diaryofaquilter.com. Thanks!
