Gift Certificate giveaway from Bobbie Lou’s Fabric Factory

I’m so excited to introduce a new fabric shop today, Bobbie Lou’s Fabric Factory. This etsy shop is run by Chelsea and inspired by and named after her grandmother Bobbie Lou who loved to sew.
Chelsea has a great eye for unique, colorful fabric and her shop is stocked with a great variety, including lots of fabrics that are rare finds.
Some recent collections include Sweet as Honey by Bonnie Christine for Art Gallery Fabrics. I’m so in love with those Beehives and the Honeycomb especially.
Another recent Art Gallery collection in stock is Leah Duncan’s Meadow. Fabric is available not only in yardage, but Fat Quarter cuts as well.
Chelsea also has a fun variety of nautical themed fabrics including collections from Michael Miller and Riley Blake.

But I think the thing I love most about Bobbi Lou’s is the huge variety of whimsical prints that are “off the beaten path”. For example a large selection of Alexander Henry prints including bright dia de los muertos themed prints, as well as unique prints from Camelot fabrics and Cloud 9 fabrics.

Seriously, if your style is loud, whimsical, and full of saturated color, or if you’re just trying to get out of a creative funk, you will love Bobbie Lou’s selection! Also a great resource if you’re looking for I-spy prints (including in the Clearance selection.) I think it’s one of a kind shop.

And today Chelsea is generously giving away a $50 Gift Certificate towards anything in her shop to one of you! To enter take a quick trip to Bobbie Lou Fabric Factory and leave a comment here sharing something that you love. For a second entry, follow @BobbieLouFabrics on Instagram, and leave a comment letting me know. GIVEAWAY CLOSED.

What a great shop. I love the mix and match bundles. It's not often that you can choose your own fat quarters. Plus I seriously love the pink sewing machine logo. 😉

  2. says

I especially like the way the fabric is sorted. If I'm making a quilt for a boy, I can go directly to the "boy" type fabrics rather than looking through tons of fabrics I'm really not interested in. Ease of selection is wonderful. Thanks for a chance to win.

  3. says

As a Spanish teacher I love that she carries the dia de Los Muertos line. It is easier to teach about this lovely artifact when I have fun artifacts to show the kids.

  4. says

Love her huge selection of geometrics. I sew blocks for a charity group, and having geometrics on hand allows me to make blocks that are less gender specific since we never know who will receive the quilts.

  5. says

I would get some chevrons and nautical themed yardage to go with the quilt I'm making for my grandpa. He grew up in the inner harbor so anything nautical is right up his alley :)

  6. says

Yes- she has TONS of great Alexander Henry prints, many of which I've never seen before. I love those! I'm definitely a fan! Thanks for the chance to win. (

  7. says

She has so many great fabrics! Love that Meadow fabric line (amazing!) though I just told my son I'd make him a new tractor quilt for his 3rd birthday and I see she has tractor fabric. I'm going to favorite her on my etsy account!

  8. says

Michael Miller Man Flakes in aqua! I'm hooked on snowmen (and snowflakes) for decorating, over the winter season! Thanks for the giveaway!

  9. says

Not sure I could narrow it down to one but those Alexander Henry dia de los muertos skulls are the bomb, especially the one with the goats. My girl loves that whole thing and I have a plan for a birthday quilt for her using them. Right of to Instagram then.

  10. says
