New Pattern and Shop Update

    November 2, 2011 by Amy 16 Comments

I am so excited to finally have the pattern for the Brickyard quilt completed. I know there are a few of you who have been waiting for this one. Thanks so much for your patience. This pattern includes the directions for the original throw-size quilt as well as a crib-sized version. It is available for instant download from Pulley (use the Buy Now button) or on etsy. (To see more information about yardage requirements, etc. go to the Pattern Shop page.)

    $8.00

I made my original Brickyard quilt from Deena Rutter’s Happier fabrics for Riley Blake. Happier fabric is still available in Deena’s etsy shop as well as here, here, and here.

As I mentioned in my post on Friday, my Fast Churn Dash quilt is also available for sale and comes with instructions for two sizes: throw and crib.

    $8.00

Most of the fabrics I used for the crib version are also from Deena Rutter – some Happier and some from Penny Lane. She has many of them in her shop.

To see another awesome version of this pattern, check out Dana’s (Old Red Barn Co.) quilt using 1001 Peeps. I love it!
Thanks so much for your encouragement and support. It feels good to finally have these published. I’m always amazed how long it really takes to get them ready. whew.
We had a great Halloween. Hope you did too. Wonderful weather on Monday made it even better. And then yesterday we woke-up to cold and rain. I guess November is really here. Also, I made everyone detox with green smoothies for breakfast.
Also, the winner was announced for the JAQS giveaway. Thanks to all who entered.

Classy quilt, I love it! Is it a 'beginner' quilt?

Amy, I bought the pattern "Fast churn dash" through by hitting your "buy" button. It took me to paypal where I paid $8.00. Well, it never asked for my address or email or anything. I tried to contact you by clicking on your "contact me" button, but I couldn't get it to work. Will you please email me so I can give you my address? I love your Fast Churn Dash quilt

My daughter just found this website and alerted me. I love it. I am going to try to make some of those burp cloths since I will be a first time grandma in late December.

I love the picture of your little niece on that beautiful quilt. What a precious baby. I am getting anxious for ours to arrive. Can't wait.

Corinne
coco1727@aol.com
