Recess is finished

Final pictures of the quilted and washed Recess quilt. I’m quite pleased with the quilt. (But not the pictures of the quilt. It kind of looks like a trapezoid in this picture.)

I am equally pleased with the back. Yum. A perfect, cheerful quilt to work on in ‘blah’ January.

    I wasn’t sold on the border originally, but I love it! The back is like a wonderful surprise. Like on the back of DaVinici’s stuff. There’s a painting at the National Gallery that is displayed on a wall with a clear back so you can see both sides of it. What are those called? I forget.
