I got a sneak peak of Lori's new book and it is full of so much inspiration, not to mention multiple patterns that can be used with her block designs. (Also, I love that quote about "being the boss of your own quilt" because I heartily agree.)
Fun thing #3: I was offered the chance to sample the new subscription called Quilty Box
(who could say no to that?) and I must say, I was even more impressed than I anticipated. The contents of the October box included a bundle of Art Gallery's Minimalista fabric, Aurifil thread, Jaybird Quilt's new Sidekick ruler and pattern, needles and a fun surprise. Each month there is a different theme and contents. They're just getting started, but so far, so good. You can find out more at Quilty Box.
