Pardon my lack of creativity while I jump on the "End-of-the-Year-Collage" bandwagon. But it is kind of fun to look back and see what was accomplished. Kind of makes you feel productive, doesn't it? At the beginning of last year I really wanted to try to new things and create more quilts that I wanted to make, rather than I felt like I had to make. I think I did it. It makes me happy to have accomplished that. And it makes me happy to look at them again.
So here's to more of that in 2011! Many thanks to all of you for your encouragement and kind comments and support over the last year. You make the time spent blogging (and away from my sewing machine) worth it. I sincerely thank you. Again.
I hope you are all looking forward to a new year. Because in the words of my 9-year-old, "2010 is SO 2010."

WHat a great expression "2010 is SO 2010". I am SO gonna use that phrase lots. Ha ha ha! Wonderful quilts you have there. Amongst my favorites are your daughters bed quilt, the flag quilt, the hope valley binding, the Boo quilt... Just wonderful all of it and you have been such an inspiration and help to me on my quilt journey that only has started. Thanks for everything and Happy 2011!

Makes you feel good to look at your work? Its WONDERFUL! What a combination of things you worked on, and they look so good! If this year is as productive for you as the last you'll start needing more storage space!!<br />Well done yourself!! And all the best for the New Year!

Love the montage. Is that how it is spelled? Anyway I started my personal flag quilt. I have 2 blocks made. I am just going to work on it a little at a time. But I love it.

I love seeing all of your quilts together... your flag quilts are still my favorite! I don't have real connection to the UK but I'd love to find a reason to make those Union Jack blocks!
