I'm finally getting around to sharing a few of the new quilts I created this spring for my Pre-cuts Short-cuts: Quilt Tops in Less Time online Craftsy class. I loved making them and the fabric is now in shops so I thought it would be fun to give them their own feature. Plus a chance to give away some fabric. 😉
The first is this Crosshatch quilt made from Lella Boutique's latest collection, Little Miss Sunshine. It's such a fun, summer-y, cheerful collection of colors and prints. I love how the navy blue in there provides some contrast and helps the other colors pop.
This quilt is totally pre-cuts friendly. I made this quilt for my Craftsy class using a Layer Cake - or set of 10" x 10" squares. But it can also be made with Charm squares (5" x 5") and a Jelly Roll (2 ½" strips). The pattern is really versatile and great for showing off a variety of fabrics.
Little Miss Sunshine is available from Lou Lou's Fabric Shop, Bloomerie Fabrics, Westwood Acres, Southern Fabrics, and the Fat Quarter Shop.
The second quilt is a brand new design for me called Basket Weave and it's exclusive to this class. This quilt is also pre-cuts friendly. With the exception of the borders/binding, the entire quilt top is made from 2 sets of 10" x 10" squares (aka Layer Cakes). It also involves strip-piecing (with squares! I know!) to save time and make it a deceptively quick project!
The fabric for this quilt is Bonnie and Camille's latest collection for Moda, Little Ruby in some of their signature colors. There are a lot of great small-scale prints - many that make great blenders in this collection. Little Ruby is available from Fort Worth Fabric Studio, Pink Castle Fabrics, Lady Belle Fabrics, and the Fat Quarter Shop.
The quilting on both quilts was done by Sew Shabby Quilting. I especially love the Nifty Feather pattern she used on this one to give it a soft, vintage look that works so well with the vintage feel of the fabric and colors.
I think this picture is my favorite. Monday night my husband and I dragged our kids up the nearby canyon for a hike in the mountains. It was SO wonderful. (I love escaping the heat to the mountains this time of year.) Once again I just happened to bring a quilt with me for a quick picture. My family is no longer surprised when I do this. 😉
You can see the rest of the quilts from my Craftsy class here.
In honor of my class release a few weeks ago and all of the kind support I've received from so many of you, I've got 2 sets of fabric to give away so that one of you out there can make your own! (Or do with whatever your heart desires!)
Thanks to the generosity of Moda Fabrics I'm giving away a Jelly Roll and Charm pack of Little Miss Sunshine...
... and I've also got two 10" x 10" Layer Cakes to make the Basket Weave quilt top: One Layer Cake of Little Ruby and one set of Kona Snow 10" x 10" squares. Good stuff!

I love your new ideas for layer cakes. They are harder for me to come up with new ideas for. Especially ideas that don’t involve a really big block. Your Basket Weave quilt it perfect.

What great quilts! I love them (and that they use precuts). Both fabric choices are so lovely as well! I love learning new things and I think my next challenge will be to get better at curves (I keep attempting and then giving up after 1 square, lol).
As I mentioned, both quilts are 2 of the 7 patterns taught in my class. In addition to the instructions for the quilts themselves, the class also has lots of tips for working with pre-cuts in general as well as choosing fabric and color placement in your quilts. And because I love you all, you can click here to get this class for 50% off!
(This post contains an affiliate link to my class -which means, I get paid if you buy this class. 😉 )

Doreen
Great mesh of design and fabric. This summer I am experimenting with design elements. Fun!
Karen M
I must do something wrong with the sew and flip technique, especially when I make flying geese. They always turn out wonky and usually a bit short on the seam allowance. Thanks for the chance to win.
kathyinmn
Curves. I'd like to piece a traditional drunkard's path or similar with curved pieces. I think that would be a fun skill to add to the arsenal. Love basket weave, scrolled down and said 'wow' out loud while eating my breakfast!
Renee
I love precuts! I need to learn how to properly do hst. Mine never quite turn out. Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge.
Anna-Marie
Your quilts are beautiful Amy. Thank you for the chance to win some fabric, although as I'm in the UK I'm not sure if I'm eligible. I'm new to quilting and would love to find an easy way to work out how much fabric I need to complete a project.
annamariehlustik@googlemail.com
carol n
I just finished an applique class, so need to practice. Thanks for the giveaway.
Pat
Amy,
The one thing above all you have taught me is perseverance! You make quilting look effortless. Being a novice quilter your teachings have shown me that it not always the end result, but the process of learning. I now have more confidence to do what I thought before, was a daunting task. Your quilting is beautiful and done so well. I hope I can someday reach a point where I can call myself a quiltist!
Thank you for all that you do.
Cheryl G
I put your class in my cart weeks ago. Seeing these quilts today will send me to check out!! I'd love to make both of these. Thanks for sharing!

I mean, I've watched tutorials and read about lots of different methods. How do I choose?? Anyway, I would love one of your giveaways! Your quilts are lovely, and always top quality.
Lauren
I love both these quilts - and the pictures are gorgeous! I'm really wanting to learn curved piecing. It's on the short list, but I feel like I already have so many quilt projects in the works, that the list is seriously long! No idea when I'll get to it... or paper-piecing - also a "must." xoxo
Janelle
Thanks for the giveaway! I'd like to learn more about the actual quilting--what design to pick, how to bury threads, how to keep puckering etc at bay...

Mary Ann
Such fun quilts! and I do love Craftsy classes, so thanks for the chance to win fabric and get a discount on the class!
Kathy E.
Amy, my favorite of the two is your Crosshatch quilt. You are so right about the navy fabric in this mix...it really gives life to the other colors! Everything I've learned about quilting, I've learned from reading blogs and books. One thing I just don't understand is "leaders and enders". I've read a few posts, but it doesn't make sense to me!
Rebecca
Very pretty quilts I especially like the crosspatch one. I haven't made a quilt in quite a while nor have I ever used precuts for anything. I do a lot of hand embroidery & have been making a lot of pillows lately.
Susan Branson
Love the colors in both quilts! I'd like to learn to piece with curves.
Renee A
I have lots of different fabrics in my stash. I'd love to learn how to pull together just the 'right' ones to make a stunning scrap quilt.
Darlene Hoctor
I WOULD LIKE TO LEARN APPLIQUE.
jmnaatz
I'd love to learn how to put my variety-strong stash to good use. I'm not sure about throwing things all together. Precut bundles are easy, but what do you do in putting together a quilt with "leftovers"?
Brenda Ackerman
I think each of the quilts that you have shared with us are delightful! I just love the fabric combinations with the pattern choice; it all goes together so perfectly! It would be magnificent to win either of these wonderful fabric prizes. The one thing that I would love to learn is Free Motion Quilting. I just can not seem to get the speed and hand movement to balance together on top of which I end up with all sorts of tension problems on the underside of the quilt. Yet, I do continue to try! Thank you for sharing and offering this great chance at the two prizes. Have a fantastic creative day!
Kathleen
Beautiful fabrics here. I want to learn to do stipple quilting.
Sally Bean
I would love to learn paper piecing! I have just recently started this quilting journey and am enjoying learning the skills to make ones like the 2 beautiful examples you shared!
Susan Lane
These quilts are gorgeous!!! I'm currently working on applique and want to try my hand at free motion quilting. Would love to make one of these quilts. Heading over to check out the class!!

Paper piecing. I want to learn paper piecing. I am also trying my hand at Quilt As You Go. And of course my Free Motion Quilting needs a lot of work. BTW, I purchased your class a few weeks ago, and I LOVE it. You did a great job, Amy. :o)
Linda Cejnar
I would like to learn how to make a lone star quilt. I've seen several examples to learn from and now just have to find the time to do it! I think both of your quilts are lovely and would like to take your class. Thank you for this opportunity to win. ljbisme at msn dot com
Kerry
When using precuts, I always struggle with the pinked edges and the seam allowance. How do you make sure the seam is secure? Which part of the pinked edge is really the edge? I have had a completed quilt pop a seam with precuts. I'm not sure how to repair it, short of unpicking the quilting. Thanks!
Elizabethdee
Thank you for the giveaway! Your Basket Weave quilt is especially beautiful. What I wish most to learn would be techniques or tricks for doing big jobs, like layout and basting, in a very small space. I also love ideas for organizing supplies and stashes.
Allison
I'd like to learn how to paper piece. I tried a block once and gave up. I should give it another try. Beautiful quilts!

I would love to learn more about combining fabric colors on a quilt. Do I just follow my instinct, what is appealing to my eye? Or, is there a science behind it all?
Judy
Love the color mix of the cross hatch
pattern. Talk about color mix!
Laurie Becker
I've been eyeing your class for awhile now! I'd love to learn strip piecing - it takes me so long to make a quilt, I'm sure I'd benefit from your class. Thanks for the chance to win such luscious material 🙂

Cynthia Brunz
Great quilts! I want to improve my bag making skills. I think they make such great gifts. Thanks!
Karen Falvey
What I need to learn. How to start USING my precuts. Some of them are like that precious fabric you just don't want to use. Maybe taking your class will give me the incentivel I have been stashbusting since I retired a couple of years ago, but I seem to pick my least favorites and saving the ones I really like for ???
Carrie Mitchell
Hi, Amy! I need help! I just discovered the incredible world of quilting and have been obsessively pinning some of the most beautiful creations I've seen (including the three posted here!). I have not, however, been brave enough to begin the process of actually creating -- fear of picking fabric, knowing how much to get ... I would like to learn how to begin! S.O.S! ?
Tammy
Oh thanks for the great give away. I want to learn how to paper piece.
melanie c
I want to improve my y-seams and FMQ! Love these quilts!!!

Jennifer Nicodemus
Hi Amy! Love the basket weave quilt! There's nothing like some crisp white to make the colors lop. ?
Clara
I truly like the quilt "Basketweave" and would find it helpful if the class had hints on how to match up all those squares. Your blog writings have been an inspiration to me. Thank you for the chance in the giveaway.

I too would like to learn how to do free-motion quilting. I did attempt it early on in my quilting past, but haven't tried it again in years. Although my wavy lines experiment recently turned out great!
Tracey Holzer
Both beautiful quilts and fabric! Great job. I actually just started Volume 2 of Quilters Academy this morning and I'm excited to learn everything that I don't know. I learned about different needles and thread which was really good because I've only used what my friends used. Now I know what to use and why, so that's fulfilling to me. There is always something to learn and I have a lot to learn!! Thanks for this chance.
jamie
i would like to fine-tune my basic skills. i get my projects done, but i wish my seams always lined up, and that i was generally more accurate. also, that my sewing room had more chocolate. because that would help.
Jenni

Michelle @ From Bolt to Beauty
I want to learn how to stop adding so much fabric to my stash. Ack! : )

Your quilts are darling! I would like to learn how to make my own templates - I have tried to do this several times, but have not been as successful as I would like - I think that I am lacking in the accuracy department!

I second guess myself when it comes to choosing scraps that look good together. I don't seem to have developed an eye for it yet. I guess I feel safer with precuts.

I need to pick some thread colors and give it a try. Not sure what's stopping me! (I also have fabric for three Craftsman crib quilts cut out that I will be taking with me to a quilting retreat in 2 weeks...along with about 8 other projects :-)).

Ariel
Cute fabric and quilts! I'd like to make a dresden quilt someday.

Beautiful quilts, Amy! I would like to learn to use several specialty rulers that have been sitting in my sewing room longer than I am willing to admit!!
Thanks for the opportunity to win these beautiful fabrics!
Joann Bauer
Both quilts are lovely!!!
Carol
Love the quilts. I am working on improving my FMQ skills, so any new suggestions there are appreciated. Also curious about modern, hand quilting ideas and techniques. Thank you!

Both quilts are beautiful! I would love to have some tips on color selection and tips for pairing fabrics with patterns. I have a nice stash of fabrics but I am always unsure which quilt pattern would best showcase the fabric choice. Thanks for the giveaway.

Love your quilts! I still need to tackle English Paper piecing.
Anna Zbacnik
These are beautiful. I would love to learn more about quilting using a regular sewing machine. Also, how to get brave enough to quilt a quilt (not straight lines). I'm so afraid I will ruin all my work!
Jonni
I'd love to learn and have the patience to hand quilt one of my tops!

pjdominicienny Dominici
Just signed up for your class. I've been buying charm packs and layer cakes without a pattern. Now I'll know what to do with them.
Nancy
Both of your quilts are gorgeous, Amy! Thanks for offering to give away the beautiful, fun fabrics. There are several techniques I'd like to try (and will, one of these days): flying geese using squares to make several at a time and sewing around the edges of two layered squares then cut to make half square triangle squares.
janequiltsslowly
I'm trying more paper piecing for precision and would love tips on conserving fabric.
Katie Brown
Liked your quilt so much I signed up for the Craftsy class. Ideas for quilting are always needed. I'm a hand quilter shifting to machine. So far its straight line only.
Annie Morgan
Loved your class! I watch it often
Anita McKay
Such cheerful quilts! I'd love to learn how to chain-piece and still keep my piecing in order. I always seem to get things confused part way through and sew the wrong pieces together. Perhaps quilting just needs to be a slow process for me. 😉
Joanne O'Donnell Bosley
I've been admirer of your quilts for a few years. I signed up for your Craftsy class and loved all your quilts, but have to admit your basket weave was a favorite. I have been quilting about two and half years. I got a late start in life, but love it in spite of health issues. Pre cuts help me in so many ways. Thanks for a chance to win.
Chris
I would love to learn any tips on speeding up the process but not sacrificing accuracy. I'm always trying to be more efficient in what I do.
Mrs. Adams
I would love to learn how to not be afraid of more complicated designs!!!

I love the quilts shown above, especially the Basket Weave quilt. I made a log cabin quilt through a class several years ago. I wasn't quite finished and then I got sick and in the meantime my quilt disappeared. I'm determined to do another one. I think I will try the Basket Weave quilt. Thanks for the chance to win some fabric.
Brenda Kempton
Looking at signing up for your class... love that it is 50% off! Also love your choice of fabrics... Can't wait!

Such beautiful quilts. I am just getting into pre-cuts, so I love the idea of making it faster. With four little ones, I can use any short cuts I can come across.
Janet Poole
I would love to learn more about streamlining my quilt making process. Your Crafty class sounds just perfect for me. I'm off to look at it now!
Beth T.
This may sound very random, but I would love to learn how to do Hawaiian appliqué. Our grandparents lived in Hawaii for awhile, and they passed along a love for Hawaiian culture; I've always wanted to make a quilt to honor that, and to keep alive the memory of our dear grandpa greeting us with a hearty "Aloha!"
June @ QuiltQuest
Both are great looking quilts - enhanced by your fabric choice.
I know I will get better with my FMQing with practice, but I've not mastered the corners of binding so it looks really nice so that is what I need to learn. I'd like to get pass that hump and then work on scallop and zig zag bindings too!
Thank you for sharing and thanks for the chance to win!
Elizabeth Tillstrom
I still love your Crosshatch pattern! I have a wonderful machine, from my supportive hubby, that automatically detects the tension needed for sewing. It usually works great, but I'd love to learn guidelines for How and when to adjust it manually, especially while free motion quilting 🙂
Paula L
On my bucket list this year is to become comfortable with applique.I love the way it adds to a quilt but have always been reluctant to try. Now is the time!!

I'd love to learn not to be so afraid of machine quilting my quilts. I have too many quilt tops hanging around waiting to be finished.
Linda Hope
I'm new to quilting so what I want to learn is--everything!! I'm dealing with severe multiple chemical sensitivities that keep me from doing many things but I can sew. Right now I'm learning all the basics, piecing, applique, accuracy, binding--did I say accuracy? I love the bright colorful fabrics and the feeling of accomplishing something that I can then give to make someone else's day.
Pamela Meyer
I still don't have the trimming of HSTs down. Looks like I wouldn't need that for these beautiful quilts though!
Cindy Smith
Gorgeous fabrics. I want to find more time to quilt and get more comfortable free-motion quilting.
Lisa Marie
I love to try new patterns and ideas for using pre-cuts are always useful. Thanks for sharing all this eye candy and for the chance to win.
JoAnn
I would love to learn free motion quilting. Love all your quilts!
Michele
I would like to learn more about modern applique
Susan
I would love to learn more about curved piecing. I've done a bit and if I go slow, all is well but I'm still not "comfortable" with it and tend to shy away from patterns with curved piecing. These quilts you've shown are right up my alley!!! Love them and I love both of these fabric lines! Great job!
Cathy Killiany
I love precuts and have a bunch of them. Your quilts are beautiful and inspiring! Can't wait to start your class!

Donna Sampert
Love these fabrics and your quilts. I have so many designs and blocks I would like to try but would love to do an Irish Chain quilt. Also learn motion-free quilting. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to win this lovely fabric.

Beautiful quilts! I still think there's quite nothing like the simple square to make a very satisfying quilt by letting the fabrics do most of the work!

Beth Wallace
Pick me, pick me! Your Craftsy class is on my Wishlist and the fabric you've used only accents your lovely designs. Thanks for showing us the way!
Perri Harper
Hi, Amy! My arch nemesis seems to be achieving the perfect angle when I "snowball" a corner. I draw lines and stitch oh-so-carefully, but still end up a little wonky about half the time. Any tips? LOVE the Basket Weave design!!!
Judy Sigsworth
Love your quilts and fabric choices! I'd like to learn more about curves. Thanks to you and Moda for the opportunity to win.

Jean
What cute patterns. I would like to learn more about borders that will enhance the main body of the quilt. Generally I use no pieced borders but love quilts that I have seen with creative use of border designs.
Cathy
I really need to learn free motion quilting so that I can "quilt the quilt". So far it's just been straight line quilting on my vintage machine.
annwalsh2015 Walsh
I always enjoy seeing new ideas for using pre-cuts because there are so many beautiful ones out there and they save a ton of time! I also love that I can get 20 or 30 (or sometimes even 40!) different prints all in one pkg. which takes the guess/planning work out of picking fabrics. Thanks for sharing your ideas!
TERRI DONEY
I purchased your class a few weeks ago and just started watching it. Getting into # 3 video where you do the crosshatch, I am a confident beginner and loving your class!! Thank you! At this stage I am open to learning all that I can! Thank you for the opportunity, the fabric is lucious ❤️❤️❤️

Mary Baker
Love the designs! Little Miss Sunshine is such a cheerful fabric collection!
Amanda Libby
These are beautiful quilts. I love the idea of short cut quilts. I'd like to learn more about finishing techniques, binding better.
JennyB
I'd love a basics tutorial. It seems silly, but when I cut my fabric for a pattern, lets say 4.5 x4.5, does the fabric fall under the markings, a little past, a little prior? All this talk about threads has got me wondering how to stay consistent so my pieceing doesn't begin to misalign by the lovely 1/4".
Stefanie V.
I'm always intimidated by picking fabric for a design and would like to learn more about mixing pattern scale and colors. Love your new patterns especially the pop of navy in your crosshatch quilt.
The Lisa Marie

Love your quilts, especially the basket weave.

I always look for tips on free motion quilting. Most of the books have designs which are great but I seldom see tips on how to fix what can go wrong... like thread breaking or managing a quilt on a domestic machine. Thanks for the chance to win fabric. Your quilts look lovely,
Kim
You have peaked my interest in Craftsy...thanks
Amy
Can you teach bravery? 😉 I'm always stuck being afraid to dive in and start a quilt. I get the concepts, but need a way to push myself to actually do it.
I love the Lttle Miss Sunshine fabrics!
Amy Smart
Love it. 🙂
Here's my tip - just go for it. The more you make/practice the easier and less scary it gets. Practice on stuff you don't love, if you're scared of ruining something you do love. Also, don't worry about perfection. That has helped me so much! Nobody else will see your imperfections - they'll just see an amazing creation! you can do it. 🙂
Mary Kim Courtright
I have loved watching EPP projects on IG. This is something I would love to try.
Barb Buettner
Love your new quilt designs! How do you store your fabric is what I would like to learn. Thanks!

I love that quilt with Little Miss Sunshine. It is gorgeous. The other quilt is too, but that one has my heart. Love it.
Becky
Love your quilts, especially the crosshatch one. The one thing I really wanted to learn is paper-piecing and I'm in the process now of making a Judy Niemeyer quilt, which is almost all paper piecing. I love it! I would also like to get better at applique. Thanks for the giveaway!
Mary
Love your new quilts! And that fabric makes me want to hibernate for the rest of the summer!! 🙂
Sharon
Lovely quilts! Well, this summer I am tackling curved piecing. Just made my first few Drunkard's path blocks last night. Still trying to figure out the way that works for me. I want to make a New York Beauty :).
Thanks for such a nice giveaway!
Susan Burney
I've just startesd looking into an ancient quilting technique called Kantha. It uses old worn out saris sewn together in stacks instead of a batting. It uses a running stitch in several patterns, but it proves our ancestors were frugal and made blankets for their loved ones even long ago. Other than that, I am hoping to wedge some quilting time in during the summer school break!
Nancy
I enjoy piecing quilts a lot and have made many. There always seems to be something new to learn. What I would like to learn next is how to do my own quilting. The hardest part of that is getting it basted. I have attempted to quilt a top that was not basted properly and it was not pretty. I am still ripping.
Brenda Castiel
I'd love to learn EPP!
Diana
I love reading your blog especially the posts about vintage quilts. I am looking for a quilt design to use up a jelly roll which I received as a birthday gift.
Katy Aanenson
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful quilts! I absolutely love your designs!
pamelajs56
I love both of your quilts. Both fabrics collections are gorgeous. I would love to learn paper piecing.
Jessica
Hi Amy! I love your blog so much! My quilting goal this summer is to make a quilt for each of my daughters with them. My youngest is 1, so I'll be doing that one 🙂 but my older 2 are 3 and 5. They love to go to the fabric store with me. So I'm thinking they could pick out the fabric, decide on the layout for the top, and sit on my lap while we quilt. One of these bundles would be great for my youngest's quilt. Can't wait to take your Craftsy class either!
Denise Peercy Sugg
I love your new ideas for layer cakes. They are harder for me to come up with new ideas for. Especially ideas that don't involve a really big block. Your Basket Weave quilt it perfect.
Lynn Doss
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the basket weave quilt and both sets of fabric are awesome. I love that you are doing a class on precuts. I see them and have to have them they are soooo beautiful, but what do I do with them when I get them home? Thank you for both patterns.
Mary burnette
I would like to learn set in seams and metered corners.

Sally
I'm learning to become more comfortable with free-form blocks. I love quick-pieced blocks and make a lot of fun charity quilts this way.
Denise W.
Even with all the on-line classes available, I am still nervous about FMQ on my regular sewing machines. (Read - small throat, and lots of turning and twisting of the quilt with each direction change) I need you over my shoulder! Thanks for sharing the treats. Really pretty patterns from you again.
Carol Gillen
Hey, Amy! Thanks for the giveaway! I always love seeing what you are up to! I am practicing, practicing, practicing on my new mid arm!

Love this giveaway and both of those fabric lines. I would love to learn how to be more confident with FMQ and really give it a whirl. I am either straight or wavy line quilting with my walking foot or sending my quilts to the long arm!
Kathy Henderson
I can't wait to watch this class! I purchased it last week, and as soon as I finish up the Jacquie Gering class I'm taking, I'll be diving right in. I've been trying to focus on using my scraps lately, and now I have a lot of pre-cuts that have been ignored. Thanks for the giveaway!
Lori Lindhartsen
I am hoping to make a Dresden plate quilt someday. I have a made a few Dresden's that I've used on pillows but I would really like to make a whole quilt using them. You have one of the best blogs! I'm always excited to see your new posts.

I would love to learn more about paper piecing. Just when I think I have it down, I find a spot where I cut a piece too short. Of course it is on a section that has at least 3 or 4 other pieces added. Thanks for the chance to win a beautiful prize of fabrics.
amyps
I'd love to figure out how to get those flippy triangles to stay in place while sewing them.
Sierra
I have never used precuts before. It would be fun to give them a try!
Louise Hornor (@LouiseHornor)
Such gorgeous quilts! You have a great eye for color and design. Thanks for offering this giveaway, too. I'd like to learn how to do curved piecing. I've been reading and watching videos, but haven't actually put needle to fabric yet in a curve!

I am on my 9th quilt thanks to YOU!! I found your beginners tutorials and was hooked. I'm actually starting my first precut quilt and it's the fig tree farmhouse that you did.
I would love to win something from your website. I'm actually 6th day into recovery from a double mastectomy. Good ole breast cancer snuck into my life a month ago. Thank the lord it's not in my lymph.
Thank you for your website, beautiful photos and the inspiration you gave me.
Amy Smart
Good for you on 9 quilts! That's so awesome! Not awesome about the double mastectomy. A good friend of mine just went through that a few months ago and it was tough to watch. I'm so sorry, but so glad it wasn't in your lymph nodes! Thank you for your kind words. Wishing you the very best in your recovery - I hope each day gets a little better. xoxo
Cheryl barnes

Linda L
Would love to know now to make a better looking machine binding. I HATE to bind by hand
Lakardia
I would like to learn to be both more patient and more precise. I just started quilting this past February. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I am out of control and trying to do so much - like a kid at the fair. Your projects look so good: uniform, balanced, precise. Really good stuff 😀
Jan
To use starch or not and how to get those folds out of your fabric without steam!
Jessica P.
I am interested in hand binding and the best tools for quilting at home (specifically how to mark quilts). I have tried different products and find that I am not really sure what I am doing. I used one of those blue marking pencils and it never would wash out. I have tried painting tape as well, but it doesn't stay stuck to the quilt.
Tiffany B
I need to learn to be more accurate with my cutting. I think I am doing it carefully, then realize the imperfections.
Brenda C
Love the fabrics! I'm a beginner, so building on the basics is great!
Kelly Beck
Thank you for the opportunity to win!! I love your basket weave quilt made with the Miss Ruby!! I consider myself still at the beginner stage of quilting! i struggle with binding and cutting accuracy!!
Cathy

Both quilts are beautiful! I would like to learn to bind my quilts better. I hand-stitch, but I am not happy with the look.
RaeLyn
What fun quilts! I would like to learn how to enjoy the ENTIRE process more and not want to just give up when a quilt seems to take F O R E V E R to finish. I'm trying, I practice often! Luckily that warm quilt coming out of the dryer for the first time inspires me to do more. Thanks for your inspiration!
Teressa Pickett
Yay! What a fun giveaway. Thanks 🙂 I'm practicing lots of new quilting techniques with the summer sampler group (even though I've 5 blocks behind!!).
Melissa
The Little Miss Sunshine collection is my favorite!! Love the pop of color from the navy fabrics! It's been hard deciding how to use my LMS fabric and these two patterns are a great way to highlight the collection! I want to make sure to spotlight the fabrics as best I can! Thank you for the opportunity to create your design(s) with a giveaway!
Catherine
Love these fabrics and I am always looking for new quilt designs.
My only problem is I just need more hours in a day, who needs sleep when you can complete a quilt! 🙂
Leslie Hassmann
Pretty quilts! I am a sucker for Bonnie & Camille's fabric collection and would love to make your Basket Weave qullt. Currently I am only straighline quilting. I would like to learn how to transfer quilting patterns onto my work and then try to FMQ on my home machine. Thanks for a great giveaway and your new class on Craftsy!
jbranella
Love your website, it helped me when I was a brand new quilter! Beautiful quilts and next pay day I will be sure to enroll in the class! Congrats on your first class must be so cool! Am a vendor at a local festival hoping to sell quilts and get name out there want to improve my blocks and piecing techniques also lefty so I get things backwards! Thanks!!
Christy
I love your designs! I'd like to learn to piece curves or more about designing my own quilts.
Francine
I love the little Ruby quilt. The pattern is awesome. I'd like to learn how to machine bind my quilts. I hand sew right now but my carpel tunnel gets it the way
Stacey
Such gorgeous quilts! I love precuts! As a beginner quilter I have found precuts to be so helpful. Walking into my local quilt shop, it is so intimidating to me to pick out colors and patterns that both work well together and work with the pattern I'm using. They are also such time savers which comes in handy with my active household.
katybee
I just took a class on free motion quilting and that's my summer project/ goal - practice practice practice. love both these quilts.
Mary
The Little Ruby quilt is adorable! Bonnie and Camille fabrics are always among my favorites; but I also love Little Miss Sunshine! It would be so fun to win!
